The Up and In e-book is written for aspiring netball shooters between the ages of 12- 16 years. It's also useful for coaches who have run out of ideas for their shooters specialist sessions. The e-book consists of 18 printable shooting cards (which can be printed out for your players to practice in their own time), and chapters of netball shooting confidence, goal-setting, a training diary template and handy information on the correct netball shooting technique.
